Northern Delights

“Sofie Ganeva restyled this 64 sqm apartment situated in the Stockholm city district of Vasastan. Originally built in 1926 in the art nouveau style, the flat has retained its original aesthetic with an update according to contemporary Scandinavian sensibility.”

And for our English-speaking friends: The German publishing house Gestalten recently gave out the book Northern Delights. It is fully packed with brilliant Scandinavian design and it also reveals why everybody feels so cosy in the Nordic homes.

But hey, we were also mentioned. We actually were named on quite a few pages. One of our projects, the “Hotel Magazinet” on the Swedish island Gotland is already presented in the preface. Furthermore, the restyling of a Stockholm apartment is nicely portrayed: ““Sofie Ganeva restyled this 64 sqm apartment situated in the Stockholm city district of Vasastan. Originally built in 1926 in the art nouveau style, the flat has retained its original aesthetic with an update according to contemporary Scandinavian sensibility.”

A personal highlight is the four-pager interviewing our founder Tomas Backman. Combined with photographs from the “Hotel Magazinet” and the summer residence “Lokstallet”, Tomas gives among others away what defines Fantastic Frank and how one creates the perfect atmosphere in our images.
